Fix typo in unix file permission

Note that with these changes compilation still doesn’t succeed as the zstd crate runs into some linker errors (something about symbols already being defined). That’s when using msvc, I tried to get gcc on my windows system but could not get it to function properly with rust.

I was also planning to update the summary here to explain some of the changes, particularly with the crate dependency changes.
